Welcome to our A.P. Moller Singapore´s PROSPECTS system. By using our site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our Web Site.

The services that A.P. Moller Singapore Ltd - PROSPECTS provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement"). We reserve the right to update the Agreement at any time without notice to you. Acceptance of Agreement.

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement with respect to our site (the "Site"). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement.

No print out or electronic version of any part of the Site or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.

USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY.

Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify APMS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. APMS will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by APMS or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO APMS OR POSTED AT ANY APMS WEB SITE.

Any comments / suggestions (�Submission�) send to APMS regarding this site becomes the property of A.P. Moller Singapore Pte. Ltd and may be used without any limitation whatsoever.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your submissions, as provided herein. APMS is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and APMS may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion.

In addition to the warranty and representation set forth above, by Posting a Submission that contain images, photographs, pictures or that are otherwise graphical in whole or in part ("Images"), you warrant and represent that (a) you are the copyright owner of such Images, or that the copyright owner of such Images has granted you permission to use such Images or any content and/or images contained in such Images consistent with the manner and purpose of your use and as otherwise permitted by these Terms of Use and the Services (b) that each person depicted in such Images, if any, has provided consent to the use of the Images as set forth in these Terms of Use, including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, the distribution, public display and reproduction of such Images. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Images.

NOTICE REGARDING INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE.

The information on this site is provided on an "As is" and "As available" basis without any warranties or representation, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

This Agreement shall be governed by Singapore Law. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Legal Notice which can not be solved amicably shall be decided by the Singapore Courts.
