Help for creating a new user account under PROSPECTS

Requirements

• You must be an Seafarer on the APMS Fleet
• You must know your APMS Number
• You must provide A.P. Moller Singapore with your EMail ID incase you have not done so yet.

Steps

For creating a new user account, follow the steps as shown below :-

1. Key in the your details as per sample below

 

2. Click on the 'Request Creation' button

 

3. If the above message is shown by the system, it means that the APMS Number provided
was correct. You will receive and email with your password to logon to the system. The Email Is sent to the address present on the A.P. Moller Singapore Systems and is different from the Email ID that is provided now, while creating your information.

 

4. If you are still unable to create your login account go to Contact Us and send a message
to Prospects Support team.
